Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping package

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and logistics.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

International Shipping

At this time, ShopHarvora primarily ships to customers within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be displayed during checkout.
